Wrong size? Exchange it free within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags on.

How to request an exchange

Message us on Instagram @ringline.eg or email ringline.eg@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll arrange a pickup and send the new size.

Returns

If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by mobile wallet or bank transfer.
